Attended the University of Miami School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1991.

Prior to the formation of Wolfe & Goldstein in 2003, Mr. Goldstein served as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami Beach, handling litigation matters, and then subsequently served as the City Attorney of the City of Hallandale Beach from 2000-2003.

Mr. Goldstein primarily practices in the fields of business litigation, real estate litigation and insurance defense.

He has represented clients and tried cases in the Circuit Courts of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Additionally, he has handled numerous appeals before the Florida Second, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
